DYNAMIK SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Stillwater, MN. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all individuals served
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state DSP licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
