Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide individualized nursing care to residents at the Good Samaritan Society – Stillwater facility. RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, and may serve as charge nurse.
Responsibilities- Use nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate individualized care for residents.
- Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, evaluate care.
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and other nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed/assistive staff within scope.
- Maintain competency with required competencies, certifications, and state Nursing Practice Act.
- Active RN license in MN; multistate licensure acceptable.
- Nationally accredited nursing program preferred;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Current RN license with State Board; may hold NLC state license.
- Maintenance of required department competencies and certifications.
