We are currently looking for a part-time LPN to support the Primary Care Injection Room. The position is eligible for part-time benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Job Description
In this role at Health Partners Clinic Stillwater, you are responsible for various patient care duties, including documentation of medical information, administration of medications/vaccinations and treatments, and obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
The injection room LPN assists healthcare providers in delivering services per physician/RN guidance and clinic policies.
All programs and activities support the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Health Partners Clinic Stillwater.
Responsibilities
- Works within the scope of practice for licensure
- Maintains current knowledge of immunotherapy, specialty medications, and routine immunizations/injections
- Administers immunotherapy, specialty medications, and routine immunizations following established procedures and guidelines
- Provides safe and effective patient care
- Greets and rooms patients in a timely manner
- Organizes daily schedule and ensures appointment access
- Pre-visit planning to anticipate patient needs
- Provides patient education on medication side effects and reactions
- Recognizes urgent problems and seeks assistance
- Functions as liaison between patients, staff, and providers
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area
- Manages stock and checks medication expiration dates
- Records patient care documentation accurately in EMR
- May rotate among clinic locations
- Maintains current OSHA, HIPAA, and other mandatory training
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license (MN and WI)
Plus current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year LPN experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record software
Candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrate compassion, and be able to educate patients effectively. EPIC experience is preferred.
