Our Stillwater team is currently hiring. Buurtzorg Neighborhood Nursing is an innovative, community-based, integrated model of care. The concept developed in the Netherlands, professional nurses work in autonomous teams (up to 12 nurses) and are responsible for all care needs of their clients, both professional and personal. Nurse professionals are capable of self-management and effective collaboration, therefore middle management is not necessary.

With the focus on the relationship as the starting point of care and belief in the intrinsic value of community care, bringing highly skilled nurses to our neighborhoods results in delivery of higher quality care, better outcomes, and ultimately lower costs.

Licensed nurses invited to apply to Stillwater area team. Care for clients in their homes, starting with their goals and desires to develop care plan. Provide highest quality of professional and personal care services. Ensure short communication lines between physician, professionals and caregivers. As a health coach for your client, work toward stability and independence. Connect clients with existing supports in community.
