Flexible Schedule – Full-Time

M-F Day Shift, with occasional weekends/evenings.

Staffing Coordinator Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is adequately staffed to fulfill residents’ needs.
• Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating staffing procedures.
• Perform daily and monthly staffing in accordance with management instructions.
• Audit nursing personnel time accurately and timely.
• Post daily staffing requirements.
• Must be able to help on floor when short staffed.

Education And Experience

• Nursing staffing processes and procedures experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• On-Shift Scheduler experience preferred
• ADP payroll experience preferred

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any direct reports or supervisory requirements.
