• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid CNA license in the state of Minnesota.

You will work as an essential member of the facility’s medical team. Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare rooms for admissions.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document a patient’s health issues/vital signs and report to the Nurse on Duty.
• Assist nursing teams to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
