Part Time Server

The Lodge is actively seeking a Part‑Time Server in Stillwater, MN. This is a part‑time position, up to 30 hours per week. Wage: $16.50–$18.50 hourly. Shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm, up to 30 hours per week. Every other weekend/holiday rotation required.

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance and in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Prepare cold food items (e.g., salad dressings, fruit trays) and assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining room with utensils, salt, pepper, napkins; clean common areas before and after meals.
• Assist in checking resident trays before distribution and deliver trays to designated areas.
• Pour hot and cold beverages for residents; assist residents in opening containers and condiments as needed.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties hosted by the community.
• Bus tables during and after the meals; stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas as directed.
• Provide support services to other dining rooms and during events and activities as needed.
• Attend trainings and employee meetings as directed by Supervisor(s).
• Clean and follow daily cleaning tasks.

• Previous serving and/or hospitality experience preferred.
