As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring a great bar experience for staff and customers. You will be friendly, efficient, and help servers deliver the best drinks possible.

• Mix drinks according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Assist servers and other team members as needed.

• At least 21 years old per state law.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Can safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds, transporting plates, glasses, and baskets during a shift.
• Must speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
• Must wash hands regularly with disinfecting soap.
