Join the 86063 Store Manager role at Sally Beauty (Cosmo Prof). This role leads a dynamic store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance in a beauty-focused environment.

• Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a great, personalized hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and company policies.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized store that reflects brand standards.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
