The Lakes at Stillwater Senior Living Campus is seeking an experienced Director of Campus Sales & Marketing to lead and grow sales performance across a dynamic three-community senior living campus in Stillwater, MN:
The Lodge Senior Living, Sandhill Shores Apartments, and Birchwood Landing Lake Homes.
This individual is responsible for driving occupancy, exceeding budgeted goals, and leading coordinated sales efforts. This role manages on-site sales talent, provides dotted-line leadership support, and ensures best-practice sales operations, CRM utilization, and inventory management across the campus while providing a consistent, high-touch sales experience aligned with our Platinum Service® culture.
The Lakes at Stillwater is a 50-plus acre senior living campus that is inspired by the surrounding scenic lake, pond and landscape views. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80K-$90K annual salary with bonus opportunities based on sales performance.

Essential Job Functions:- Engage in selling the community by managing inquiries and prospects through the sales cycle to deposit and move-in.
- Develop and maintain a Customer Relationship Management database of all prospects and community contacts to track all sales activities.
- Maintain weekly productivity goals to achieve the number of leads and deposits.
- Closely work with campus sales and marketing teams to ensure census success and goal reaching for Sandhill Shores and Birchwood Landing.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing required.
- 3 or more years of experience in Multi-Unit Sales and Marketing.
