SEO Specialist

Demand generation is messy, human, and rarely linear, which is why Business Transformation Partners's SEO Specialist opening rewards trust-based thinkers over checklist followers. What makes this Business Transformation Partners role different is the ownership; the $45,000 - $68,000 and full-time hours are just the entry fee.

• Spot which Stillwater accounts are about to churn and win them back
• Brief the SEO Specialist team on what's working in this week's market
• Manage paid search, social, and email programs end to end
• Build the Google Tag Manager report leadership checks before the OK review
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling
• Carry the booth conversation past small talk into next steps
• Pitch Business Transformation Partners's question-everything offering to buyers who haven't heard of us yet
• Show up at Stillwater, OK networking nights with a reason to follow up

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• 1+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
