Lead Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer
Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000 + 401k + Holidays + PTO + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance
Location: Cushing, OK (commutable from Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Guthrie, Perry, Edmond, Sand Springs, Enid, Stillwater)
Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer from an aerospace or medical device background looking to step into a lead position where you can train, mentor, and develop a skilled team while passing on your expertise? This role offers an outstanding opportunity to strengthen a growing department, ensure best practices are implemented, and maintain the highest quality standards. You will oversee Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Programmers, guiding their development and driving continuous improvement.
The Role- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Lead training and development, generating standard work instructions
- Problem‑solving and driving Continuous Improvement
- CNC Programming (5‑axis) experience or background as a Manufacturing Engineer (machine‑shop/aerospace environment)
- Experience with GD&T
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing a technical team
