• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of program management experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Knowledge of large‑scale facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to develop long‑term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and address any issues.

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
• Plan and schedule technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with facility management to develop and maintain schedules and resource leveling using the site CMMS program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and program manager schedules.
• Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in daily operations of our data centers.

Salary: US base salary range for this full‑time position is $105,000 – $151,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary will be determined by role, level, location, and individual experience.
