Base pay is determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the company’s 401(k) program but are not benefits eligible.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance naturalization costs (Form N-400) up to $725 for qualified associates who have been with us for at least one year.

• Based on state regulations and required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider, and observe/report responses to a supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs keep the medication supply room organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate medication counts. Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure medication delivery.
• Based on state regulations, completion of training/certification is required.
