Responsibilities

• Contact Commercial and individual prospects to collect quote information
• Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations
• Schedule Farmer’s Friendly Policy Review’s
• Update current customer Information
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within Agency book of business
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Have excellent organizational skills

• Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain licenses may also be considered)
• Previous sales experience is a plus. Insurance experience preferred but not necessary with a proven sales background
• Candidate should be self‑motivated and driven, reliable and have a positive attitude
• Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
• Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs
• Strong computer skills
• Must have the ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational skills
