ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This is a leadership role that requires judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask. You will lead store operations, ensuring the team and management are aligned with company policies and standards.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time by you and your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, adherence to standards, attendance and punctuality.
• Deliver great customer service and build a positive store image.

• Many team members started as delivery drivers and progressed to management, general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations roles.

• General duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.

  ability to perform basic arithmetic; make correct monetary change; verbal/written/telephone communication; eye-hand coordination; ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Other: 18 or older; verbal and math skills required.

• Exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F or higher, heat from ovens up to 500°F or more, and food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped spaces (including walk-in cooler), sharp edges and moving parts.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending and reaching, with some tasks performed at standing height and some in a typical office setting.
• Delivery-specific duties include driving, delivering to customers, and handling delivery-related physical demands.

• Deliver product by car to customers, and deliver promotional materials as needed.
• Requires valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
