Job Summary As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of Insight Pest Solutions, educating homeowners and businesses on our top-rated pest control services. This role is perfect for outgoing, results-driven individuals eager to launch a rewarding career in sales. You’ll generate leads, conduct consultations, and close deals to protect customers from pests while building a lucrative income through 100% uncapped commissions.

• Prospect and Generate Leads:
  Door-to-door canvassing, community events, and phone outreach to identify potential customers in residential and commercial areas.
• Conduct Sales Presentations:
  Deliver engaging consultations in homes/businesses, highlighting our customized pest control plans (e.g., termite protection, rodent control, general pest elimination).
• Close Deals:
  Build rapport, address concerns, and secure contracts—aim for 5-10 sales per week.
• Follow-Up:
  Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell services.
• Track Performance:
  Use our CRM tools to log activities and hit monthly targets.
• Collaborate:
  Work with our certified technicians to guarantee seamless service delivery.

• No sales or pest control experience necessary—we train you from day one!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Available for flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

• Lucrative Compensation: 100% Commission Structure = $60K-$125K OTE in your first year (top performers exceed $125K!).
