new role

The role:

If you’re super-organised, a self-starter and enjoy no two days being the same, this may well be the role for you. As part of the role you will:

  • Administer Health Surveillance Checks.
  • Attend and minute meetings as required by the Management Team.
  • Providing administrative support to the PA / Office Manager and Senior Management Team.
  • Assist in providing Office/PA/admin assistance to the Directors during periods of holiday/absence.
  • Assist in diary management for key meetings.
  • Processing and auditing requests for IT Capital Expenditure.
  • Provision of Phone Administration Support to all RPH employees.
  • Assist in organising IT/PPE/phones for new starts and process return of items from leavers.
  • Assist in the recording, distribution, filing and archiving of all documents (digitally and paper).
  • Manage content and access to departmental intranet system, ensuring key information is up to date for all employees throughout the business.
  • Maintain employee lists as requested by Reception.
  • Co-ordinate Induction arrangements if requested.
  • Point of contact for general enquiries internally and externally.
About you

This is a hands-on administrative and customer support role – internal and external – so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably have previous experience of working in an office environment and proficient on Microsoft office 365 packages. This is certainly a role where you will be able to grow and develop
