Wealth Management Administrator

Location: Stirling (office based)

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 + bonus scheme and company benefits

Hours: Full Time

A dynamic and growing wealth management practice based in Stirling is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and client-focused business at an exciting stage of its development.

The role offers a good degree of day-to-day flexibility, though it equally requires someone who takes ownership of their work and can operate with a level of autonomy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment where client service is always the top priority.

Full training will be provided across all areas of the role. Strong customer service skills, solid IT competency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The team works closely together with a shared commitment to putting clients at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities Client Experience
  • Building rapport with clients to anticipate and respond to their needs proactively
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Meeting and greeting clients in the office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Leading preparation for client meetings, including gathering any relevant background information
  • Handling day-to-day client queries by telephone, email and in writing
Administration
  • Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Practice Manager
  • Managing office supplies and equipment procurement

    Processing daily incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Monitoring outstanding work to ensure deadlines are met and keeping the team informed of progress
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and databases
