HR & Administration Assistant - Stirling The rewards
- Up to £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay (depending on experience)
- Temporary, minimum 2 months with potential extension
- Urgent start — Monday 29th June
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, fully office‑based
- Dealing with incoming calls and handling enquiries at first point of contact
- Supporting HR administration and more general office administration
- Ordering from suppliers when required
- Dealing with IT equipment provider regarding repairs/replacements
- Meeting preparation — booking rooms, organising catering, preparing documentation
- Various ad‑hoc administration duties
- Previous administration experience essential — HR administration experience advantageous
- First class communication skills, written and verbal
- Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
