We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Co-ordinator to join our Property and Health & Safety Team. You’ll help keep our hostel properties safe, compliant and well maintained by coordinating repairs, supporting projects and keeping records up to date.

• Coordinate routine maintenance and follow up outstanding work.
• Liaise with hostel managers, contractors and colleagues.
• Maintain compliance records, certificates, trackers and contractor information.
• Support property projects, inspections and audits.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and keep accurate financial records.
• Maintain vehicle records and provide general administrative support.
• Make occasional visits to hostel properties when needed.

• You’ll be a confident communicator who is organised, accurate and comfortable juggling different priorities. You’ll use your initiative, enjoy working with others and be confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, spreadsheets and electronic records.
• Experience in property or facilities administration, maintenance coordination, procurement or compliance would be helpful, but we’d also like to hear from you if you have strong transferable administrative skills.

• A successful candidate is required to provide one satisfactory reference and a recent Basic Disclosure clearance
• You must be able to provide an evidence of your right to work in the UK prior to starting with us.
• A UK drivers licence
