Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a busy Construction Contractor based near Stirling. They work on a variety of projects spanning across sectors such as Residential, Education, Care, Hospitality, Industrial and more. You will be joining a company who have been operational for over 40 years, working on projects exceeding £50million. We are looking for an Estimator who has strong experience within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyse cost estimates for projects.

* Compile bids and tenders for new work.

* Calculate costs of materials, transport, labour and equipment hire.

* Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.

* Collate detailed price lists and produce cost summaries.

* Follow all health and safety procedures.

* Liaise with further commercial team.

* Prepare and submit final quotations for work.

Essential:

* Demonstrable experience in an Estimating role within the construction industry.

Salary:

 * £50-60K
