Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our M Group Water are proud to be a key partner on the Caledonia Water Alliance and will successfully and safely work with Scottish Water to jointly deliver SR21, a six-year water and wastewater infrastructure pan Scotland capital investment programme.

This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water. SR21 DV1 :
Capital works water and wastewater framework, delivered by the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) Joint Venture. Primarily infrastructure and civil engineering project improving network resilient and protecting the environment. SR21 DV2 :
Predominantly MEICA based capital maintenance framework on existing water and wastewater assets. Upgrade, refurbishment and high value capital maintenance projects SR27 DV4 :
The integrated design and construction of civil and infrastructure projects within SW 12 years enterprise arrangement. Project and programme opportunities across the full capital investment programme. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll support major water and wastewater infrastructure projects by excavating and back filling trenches, laying and jointing pipes, mixing concrete, and operating machinery, all under the guidance of experienced site leaders. You'll keep the site safe and tidy, assist skilled workers, and handle various essential site tasks including fencing and earthworks.

We'll provide all the training you need, equipping you to develop new skills while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and customer care throughout site operations. What you'll bring Do you have civil construction site experience? Have you worked on cross-country pipeline projects? Are you an NRSWA operative, or have similar experience? Do you hold (or are you willing to obtain) Water SHEA & National Water Hygiene accreditation?
