Customer Service Team Leader

DescriptionFor our customers, William Hill is more than a betting shop. It’s a home from home—a place where you can meet friends, socialise, and enjoy the sport with warm tea or coffee in hand. As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining this atmosphere and shaping the experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Co‑coach and develop your team
- Maintain high standards and ensure the shop always looks the part (e.g., visual displays)
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Champion safer gambling at all times
- Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required
- Ensure the shop achieves targets
Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis, are subject to change and will include evening and weekend working.
