Clinical Leader​/Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Bannockburn Dental Practice, Stirling, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team.

• Work 2–3 days per week clinically as an Associate Dentist.
• Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function.
• Combine hands‑on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance.
• Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements.

• Shared Ownership Model – Take a meaningful stake in the practice, play an active role in its future, share directly in profitability and long‑term success, combine clinical leadership with commercial influence and decision‑making, help shape direction from patient care to business performance, benefit from support, scale, and infrastructure while maintaining local identity.
• Practice Clinical Lead (PCL) – Step into a recognised leadership position focused on standards, mentoring, and patient experience; partner closely with the Practice Manager, shape clinical standards, systems, and patient journey, support and mentor clinicians, champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement, play a key role in decision‑making and future planning.

• GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
