An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individual requires the permanent, full-time expertise of a discreet and highly competent private doctor. This is a sensitive role designed for a physician who thrives in autonomous settings and can guarantee absolute medical confidentiality outside of standard hospital bureaucracies. You will act as the primary healthcare authority, managing all preventative and acute care needs within a highly secure, floating estate.

Your responsibilities involve ensuring unwavering clinical readiness as the principal navigates an elite Mediterranean circuit. You will seamlessly manage the client's health as they transit between private ports in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, Ibiza, Marbella, Mallorca, and the Greek Islands. We are seeking a refined clinical leader whose discretion is matched only by their diagnostic precision.

• Academic Origin: A verified medical doctorate originating from accredited institutions in the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America (USA/Canada), or Australasia (Australia/New Zealand).
• Required Tenure: At least 5 years of dedicated clinical practice after securing your medical specialization.
• Specialist Fields: Extensive knowledge in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Family Practice.
• Communication Protocol: Perfect, fluent English is an uncompromising necessity for this highly confidential assignment.
• Experience: Private medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, remote medicine, travel medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred.
• High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
• Medical degree from UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand;
  Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation.

• Compensation: A secure, permanent contract delivering £240,000 GBP per year, entirely tax-exempt.
