Ideal for an experienced LV Design Engineer looking to step into a senior‑level role with leadership responsibility, this position offers the chance to mentor engineers, lead technically challenging projects and work within a highly supportive business focused on long‑term career development.

• Lead LV design activities across multiple engineering projects
• Support and mentor LV Design Engineers, providing technical guidance and development
• Review electrical schematics, calculations and technical documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure successful project delivery
• Attend client sites to carry out compliance reporting on existing LV Assemblies
• Lead complex site migration projects, supporting LV Engineers and site teams
• Deliver practical, compliant and client‑focused LV engineering solutions
• Support risk mitigation and minimise operational downtime during project execution

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an LV Design Engineer
• In‑depth technical knowledge of LV Assemblies and electrical systems
• Experience delivering safe, reliable and compliant LV design solutions
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Collaborative and supportive approach to team and project delivery
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Ability to provide practical and customer‑focused engineering solutions
