Position: Trainee Mortgage Advisor )

Trainee Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Stirling / £25,000-£30,000 basic salary (OTE £60,000 - over £100,000) plus excellent benefits / full time / hybrid 2-3 days in the office

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage broker, to secure a talented trainee mortgage advisor in Stirling.

This award-winning whole of the market mortgage company offers its staff unparalleled support to excel in their role, what with their administrative and compliance back up, extensive training and quality leads, so you can concentrate on providing the best whole of the market mortgage and protection advice to your customers.

The successful candidate will benefit from a highly effective on-boarding process and training course as well as working closely with a highly experienced and successful mortgage advisor.

This is a high earning role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and excellent ancillary benefits such as pension, income protection and private medical healthcare. OTE tends to range between £60,000 to over £100,000.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Ambition to become a mortgage advisor,
  • Attainment of CeMAP (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential,
  • At least one years' experience in a customer-facing sales role,
  • A background in financial services and/or property,
  • Experience in mortgages and/or protection is beneficial,
  • Able to cope with high volume;
  • Target-driven and self-motivated;
  • Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
