Supplier Oversight Executive – M&G Life - 12mth Fixed Term Contract

Location: Stirling (Hybrid)

Department: Governance & Oversight

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract or Secondment (12 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supplier Oversight Executive to support the administration and delivery of our Third Party Remediation Programme. This is a key role within the Governance & Oversight function, supporting the oversight, coordination, and remediation activity required to deliver against our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) obligations. The successful candidate will help ensure that supplier data, documentation, and remediation activities are well managed, accurate, and compliant with policy standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to a high profile regulatory programme in a fast moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and day to day administration of the Third Party Remediation Programme.
  • Maintain and update the supplier inventory, including oversight data, remediation actions, and evidence tracking.
  • Coordinate with business units, Procurement, Group TPRM, and supplier owners to gather information and progress remediation activities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against deadlines, chase outstanding actions, and escalate risks or blockers promptly.
  • Ensure all documentation and evidence meet audit, compliance, and record keeping requirements.
  • Contribute to improvements in oversight processes, data integrity, controls, and reporting.
Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage and follow up with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent data skills, including the ability to cleanse, analyse, and interpret information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work in an agile and adaptive manner, managing changing priorities and tight timescales.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive work style, with the ability to take ownership and drive actions to completion.

Desirable

  • Experience in Third Party Risk, Procurement, supplier oversight or operational risk management.
  • Familiarity with due diligence, supplier onboarding processes, or risk assessments.
  • Experience working with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, or workflow applications.
  • Exposure to regulated environments or compliance driven programmes.
  • Understanding of governance, audit, or control frameworks.
