Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re supporting a well-established organisation in the search for a People Insights & Analytics Lead to join its People Systems and Data team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex people data into clear, meaningful insight that influences business decisions. You’ll lead the people analytics agenda, own the MI and reporting calendar, and work closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable recommendations.

You’ll also have people leadership responsibility within the People Insights & Analytics function, supporting colleagues with priorities, development and quality of delivery.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the people insights and analytics agenda across the business
  • Own the MI calendar, reporting narrative, metrics and data definitions
  • Produce complex reports, dashboards and insight packs across areas including headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment, DEI and workforce planning
  • Analyse trends, risks and opportunities and turn findings into clear recommendations
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making
  • Use Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools to bring people data to life
  • Support and upskill stakeholders in using people data and dashboards effectively
  • Lead approved predictive analytics and AI-enabled pilots to improve reporting and workforce insight
  • Champion data quality, governance and continuous improvement
About you
  • You’ll bring strong experience working with people data, HR systems and complex reporting, alongside confident Power BI and Excel skills.
  • You’ll be comfortable translating data into a clear narrative for non-technical audiences and engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
  • Experience supporting, coaching or supervising colleagues is also important, alongside excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data, analytics and technology to improve how organisations make people decisions.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine people analytics, stakeholder influence, leadership and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
