** Job Description
** As an Identity Technical Associate, you’ll help keep our identity services secure, stable and easy to use across the organisation. You’ll split your time between day-to-day 3rd line operational support and onboarding applications for SSO into Entra  (Enterprise Apps). You’ll work closely with colleagues across technology and the business to resolve issues, deliver controlled changes, and improve the maturity of identity and access over time
** Main Responsibilities
*** Deliver high-quality technical support and operational work across identity and access platforms.
* Lead and deliver SSO onboarding into Entra  (Enterprise Apps) for a mix of SaaS, internal and legacy/on‐prem applications, ensuring required identity controls are met.
* Configure and support identity controls including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege role assignment, and alignment with the identity governance solution for joiners/movers/leavers and access certifications.
* Investigate incidents and service issues affecting identity services, identify root causes, and contribute to well-controlled fixes and improvements.
* Carry out routine service activities, including configuration updates, access changes, monitoring, and health checks.
* Follow established procedures and standards to ensure consistent, secure service operation.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation for operational tasks, onboarding decisions, and service changes.
* Work effectively with colleagues across teams, using Service Now to manage requests, incidents and change activities.
* Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues and suggesting practical changes that improve stability and efficiency.
