Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Glasgow

The Role

Working within a collaborative and well-respected Residential Conveyancing team, you'll handle a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and estate agency matters, supporting a highly regarded Partner while managing your own files.

You'll have more authority and client responsibility than in many comparable roles, giving you the chance to truly shape how the department operates and take ownership of complex and rewarding cases.

This is an ideal role for a motivated and organised Paralegal who thrives in a busy but supportive environment, where attention to detail, efficiency and proactive client care are key.

The Work
  • Managing your own caseload of residential sale, purchase and remortgage matters.
  • Supporting the team with case preparation, submissions and client correspondence.
  • Drafting and reviewing key conveyancing documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, lenders and third parties.
  • Taking an active role in helping shape the future direction of the residential property department.
Your Experience
  • Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
  • Confident handling all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong client care skills with a personable, empathetic approach.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Motivated to take on responsibility, initiative and progression within the team.
Why This Role?
  • Join a leading boutique Glasgow firm with a strong reputation and a friendly, down-to-earth culture.
  • Enjoy greater autonomy and influence than typically found in similar roles.
  • Work alongside highly experienced lawyers who value your input and support your growth.
  • Genuine career progression and development opportunities in a growing team.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, reflective of your experience and contribution.
