An established and well‑regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team. With offices in both Stirling and Ayrshire, the firm offers flexibility on working location and welcomes applications from solicitors at any stage of their career—from newly qualified through to senior practitioners.

The Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and related property work. The role offers strong administrative and paralegal support, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality client service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ+), with experience or strong interest in residential conveyancing
• Confident file management and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
• A proactive, organised and client‑centred approach
