Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location:
Stirlingshire Office (with established hybrid working policy - 2 days in office)

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a client facing role to be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.
  • Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Conduct due diligence and property searches.
  • Manage property disputes and litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Open to considering qualified solicitors from NQ level - circa 4 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
