Family Solicitor (5 PQE) Stirling | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid Working A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established and supportive team in Stirling.

Hybrid working arrangements Full-time or part-time options available High-quality privately funded caseload Ongoing support for professional development Friendly and collaborative team culture Excellent work-life balance The role Manage a varied family law caseload Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision matters Handle residence and contact disputes Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption matters Conduct hearings and proofs Support and supervise junior team members Deliver practical and compassionate advice to clients About you 5 years’ PQE in family law Experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters Advocacy experience, including hearings and proofs Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused approach The environment You'll be joining an experienced and approachable family law team based in the heart of Stirling.
