Hours per week: 6am start time.

As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their work spaces.

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Hands‑on physical tasks that may require standing for periods of time, e.g., vacuuming carpeted areas when scheduled, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks such as washroom cleaning.
• If site cleaning is during the day or night in open, public spaces, you may come into regular contact with customers and must be able to assist them if needed, e.g., taking queries linked to cleaning or any incidents/issues reported.
• Complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

• Right to work in the UK.
• A smartphone is required to use the Timegate Time and Attendance system to pin in and out onsite when scheduled to work.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous, but full training is required.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
