With a high-quality portfolio spanning Mid-Market Rent, Social Housing and flatted/flat developments, this business is known for delivering thoughtful, design-led schemes that add real value to communities.
Your new role
As Design Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the design process across multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors, you will ensure that projects are well-designed, compliant and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating external design consultants and stakeholdersDriving the design programme to meet project timelinesReviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with regulations and standardsSupporting planning applications and technical approval processesLiaising with commercial, construction and land teams to ensure design aligns with budgets and project objectivesIdentifying and mitigating design-related risksThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a Design Management role or further develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
