The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care while leading by example on shift. You ll assess residents  needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely, and ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained at all times.

Working closely with carers, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, you ll help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy the best possible quality of life. You ll also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues and support student nurses, helping to develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What We re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Minimum of 12 months  post-registration experience within health or social care
  • Passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive approach to supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and clinical governance
