About the Role

We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Lead to join our Technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining quality and compliance standards, supporting the Quality Management System and ensuring products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate quality incidents, customer complaints and product quarantines, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain the Quality Management System and support document control processes.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review quality data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct GMP, traceability and compliance audits.
  • Support customer quality enquiries and technical information requests.
  • Manage quality documentation, specifications and compliance records.
  • Complete scheduled TACCP activities.
  • Provide support and cover for senior technical team members when required.

About You - You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a Quality, Compliance or Technical role within FMCG manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, audits and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience interpreting standards and implementing practical site procedures.
  • HACCP, Food Hygiene or relevant quality qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
