Now, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our market leading team as a Property Inspector in our Stirling office.

• Conducting comprehensive property inspections:
  Carrying out Routine mid-tenancy, Move-in (Inventory), and Move-out (Check-out) inspections to accurately assess and document the condition of managed rental properties.
• Ensuring Scottish legislative compliance:
  Verifying that properties meet strict Scottish private rented sector standards, including checking Interlinked Smoke and Heat Alarms and Carbon Monoxide alarms.
• Detailed reporting and documentation:
  Generating clear, photographic evidence-based inspection reports using property management software to record cleanliness, maintenance needs, and tenant damage.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues:
  Spotting immediate and preventative maintenance issues, logging repair requests promptly with the maintenance team, and identifying potential safety hazards or breaches of the tenancy agreement.
• Support the team - collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
• Help coordinate rental property launches - manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and organisation - ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Competent IT skills
• Previous experience in a sales or customer facing environment
