Vertas is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant at The Lodge Forest Cafe, Aberfoyle to join our 24‑hour/week catering team. You will assist with meal prep, serve food and maintain hygiene standards, with weekends and bank holidays as required.
Training including First Aid, Barista and Food Safety Level 2 is provided. Base location offers a beautiful setting and a friendly team; duties cover kitchen and front‑of‑house tasks, safe food handling, till operation, stock rotation and compliance with
