As Store Manager, you will own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high‑performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast‑changing retail environment. You will lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work. This role is for resilient, commercial, inspiring leaders who bring clarity, accountability and ambition to every part of the operation – from standards and service to profit and people.

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to meet the P&L.
• Set strategy and direction for the store, ensuring every colleague knows their role and is held accountable.
• Own the change agenda and land transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency and pace.
• Build a high‑performance culture by coaching managers, growing talent and creating a store people want to join and stay in.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunity, making fast, confident decisions that drive profit, improve service and boost efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability, helping teams sell across all platforms and channels.
• Act as the voice of your store, representing your people, speaking candidly and driving improvement.
• Create an exceptional customer journey through consistent standards, inspiring visual merchandising and diverse teams that go the extra mile.

• A proven leader of large teams in a fast‑paced retail environment, focused on delivery, standards and results.
• Confident working across all areas of store performance – commercial, visual, operations and people – able to bring them together for impact.
• A clear and direct communicator, courageous to make tough calls and skilled at bringing colleagues along.
• Strong on planning, performance management and resilience, balancing the big picture with detail and holding expectations.
• Confident using digital tools, data and systems to make better, faster decisions and coaching others to do the same.
• Skilled in building partnerships across your team, peers and region to share insights, solve problems and deliver transformation.
