At JD Group, as a Store Colleague you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience daily, supporting customers and maintaining high service and presentation standards.

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished – making sure displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

• A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

• Proactive attitude, confidence to approach customers and support sales opportunities.
