Field Sales Executive - Field Based. Bonus + Mileage Allowance.

Overview

We’re looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join a growing commercial sales team across multiple UK locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys a mix of field-based relationship building, lead generation and consultative selling.

Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for travelling to customer locations across the UK to promote commercial services and generate qualified opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams to maximise every opportunity and ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through to conversion. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that requires confidence and a consultative sales mindset.

Duties
  • Arrange and attend daily field‑based site visits
  • Deliver engaging presentations to small groups
  • Build strong relationships with customers and operational teams
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Explain products and services clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Guide prospects through digital onboarding or enquiry processes
  • Build trust and rapport through face‑to‑face engagement
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
  • Consistently contribute to team revenue and performance goals
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience within a commercial or customer‑facing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong confidence in face‑to‑face interactions
  • Ability to explain complex information in a simple, engaging way
  • Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and resilient
  • Strong customer‑first mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
