Role Description The Product Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Stirling. The Product Consultant will guide customers through the vehicle selection process, explain product features and benefits, and provide informed recommendations that match customer needs and budgets. This role involves managing test drives, preparing accurate product information, and maintaining detailed records in line with company procedures. The Product Consultant will collaborate closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support follow-up activities.
The role also includes staying up to date on product ranges, market trends, and promotions, and contributing to a positive, inclusive showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Consulting and Product Management skills to understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle and service solutions.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret customer requirements, compare product options, and support informed purchasing decisions.
- Relevant experience in retail, automotive, or a consultative sales environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Stirling, including weekends and peak trading hours, as required.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer information and product data.
- Full UK driving license and a safe driving record are advantageous.
