This on-site position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in bookkeeping. Your responsibilities will include payroll calculation, account reconciliations, and managing various accounts through both manual and computerized systems. You'll use a variety of accounting software, including ACCPAC and Quick Books, to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Prepare trial balances and tax returns
• Generate and manage various financial reports
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Must pass a criminal record check
