In this vital role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the costs associated with our operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help optimize budgeting processes, improve cost control measures, and enhance overall financial efficiency.

• Prepare and analyze cost reports, including product costing, inventory valuation, and departmental expenses
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements and ledger entries
• Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses against forecasts and identifying variances
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support auditing processes by providing detailed documentation of cost-related transactions and account analyses.

• Proven experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero, Sage, or People Soft is essential
• Familiarity with corporate finance principles and financial services industry standards
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable functions effectively
• Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting efforts with precision
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
