In this critical leadership role, you will oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will analyze financial data alongside senior management to support budgeting and forecasting, while also managing a capable accounting team through performance reviews and goal-setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual audit processes and ensure compliance

• Oversee general ledger, payroll, and budget preparation

• Develop internal controls to protect company assets

• Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

• 7-10 years of accounting/finance experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
