Take on a pivotal role as an Administrative Assistant focusing on operational support and regulatory compliance. Utilize your organizational skills in a diverse and engaging work environment.
This role involves managing quality assurance as well as health and safety protocols. As part of your responsibilities, you will code invoices, prepare daily deposits, and ensure departmental coverage through cross-training. You will also provide support for switchboard operations and other administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
• Code and process daily expense invoices
• Prepare and manage daily bank deposits
• Support switchboard operations during breaks
• Assist in additional administrative projects
Requirements:
• Experience in accounting or office environments is a plus
• High degree of accuracy in data tasks
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in office applications and communication
• Professional demeanor with self-motivation
