In this role, you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and manage various administrative duties that support warehouse efficiency. Key tasks involve handling purchase orders, assisting with inventory adjustments, and preparing necessary documentation for shipments. Your attention to detail will be essential as you also perform laboratory testing and manage equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee purchase orders and bulk product management
• Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments
• Manage shipment paperwork effectively
• Scan documents and maintain organizational systems
• Create reports, correspondence, and presentations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in warehouse or operations
• Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Capable of performing various clerical tasks accurately
